Return Information for Undamaged and Unopened Items

Easy and Quick Returns 

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it without giving any reason, provided that the seal has not been broken. If the seal is broken, your order is final and cannot be returned. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will receive a full refund of the order amount, including shipping costs. Only the cost of returning the product from your home to the webstore is at your own expense. Please check the website of your carrier for exact rates. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us at [email protected]. We will then refund the order amount within 14 days after the return is registered, provided the product has been returned in good condition. Returns are at the buyer's risk, meaning Biosecurity BV is not liable for any damage or loss of returned items. Therefore, always request a Track and Trace number at the post office and keep it safe.
