Tedax® Insect Repellent Spray - against flies, horseflies, ticks, and mosquitoes

Tedax® is a versatile repellent, suitable for dogs, horses, and humans (riders). It provides 24-hour protection against mosquitoes and (biting) flies, and up to 4 hours against ticks. The product is registered in the Netherlands and works based on icaridine (Saltidin®), a safe and effective alternative to DEET that does not damage plastics and is less irritating. Tedax temporarily changes the scent of skin and fur, making them less attractive to biting insects, without killing them. It has a pleasant, fresh scent and can be safely used on horses, dogs, and humans.

Usage Guidelines:

• Use only to repel (tropical) mosquitoes and biting flies in humans, mosquitoes and flies (including stable flies) in horses, and mosquitoes and ticks in dogs.
• Do not use on children under 3 years old.
• For horses, apply the product only before riding, and exclusively indoors (in a ventilated area) or outdoors on hard surfaces to prevent soil contamination.
• Rinsing treated horses and dogs should only be done on hard surfaces or in an indoor washing area.

Tedax® is intended for non-professional use and has been thoroughly tested for efficacy and safety by the Dutch authorities (Ctgb).
